4.车体A在手术室内，车体B在手术室外，当调节它们至同一高度时，把B推向A，两车对接，然后可沿着轨道将床体C从一车移至另一车。反之亦然。
5.摇动床体C的摇杆，躺在上面的病人可平行移至另外一张病床或手术台上。
